In these busy times, more and more people no longer take their time to relax, both physically and mentally. More and more signs of stress appear as tensions are stored in our body. This causes physical complaints such as back pain, tense shoulders, neck pain, headache, insomnia, stiff muscles, RSI and burn-out.
